INTEC Group Awarded Seventh Barracks Renovation at Fort Campbell, Continuing Nearly $100M Investment in Soldier Housing
/FORT CAMPBELL, Ky. — 12/15/2025— INTEC Group, LLC has been awarded the Design-Build Renovation of Barrack Building 4057 at Fort Campbell, marking the seventh barracks renovation project awarded to the company at the installation since 2021. The award continues INTEC’s multi-year partnership with Fort Campbell to modernize aging Soldier housing and improve quality of life across the installation.
Since 2021, INTEC Group has completed five barracks renovation projects at Fort Campbell and is currently executing its sixth, scheduled for completion in early 2026. With the award of Building 4057, the total value of barracks renovation work awarded to INTEC Group at Fort Campbell now approaches $100 million.
“These projects are about more than construction — they’re about taking care of Soldiers,” said Ines Rivas-Hutchins, President of INTEC Group, LLC. “Modern, safe, and functional living spaces directly impact morale, readiness, and retention, and we’re proud to play a role in that mission at Fort Campbell.”
The importance of these renovations was highlighted on August 27, 2024, when Fort Campbell leadership hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony for one of the renovated barracks. Attendees included U.S. Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, Senator Marsha Blackburn, Congressman James Comer, and Congressman Mark Green, underscoring bipartisan support for improving military infrastructure and Soldier living conditions.
INTEC’s barracks renovation program has been managed by Senior Project Manager Mike Anson, who oversees the portfolio and coordinates closely with Fort Campbell leadership and subcontractor partners to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
“Mike’s leadership has been instrumental to the success of these projects,” Rivas-Hutchins said. “His ability to stay ahead of schedule, control costs, and build strong partnerships has allowed us to deliver consistent results. We also could not do what we do without our exceptional subcontractor partners, whose commitment and craftsmanship make these projects possible.”
INTEC’s barracks renovations have been awarded by MICC Fort Campbell and have progressed efficiently compared to similar projects executed elsewhere, allowing renovated facilities to be returned to Soldiers more quickly. These efforts align with the Army’s broader push to modernize installations through innovation, partnership, and efficient project delivery.
With the award of Barrack Building 4057, INTEC Group continues its commitment to Fort Campbell and the Soldiers who serve there, reinforcing the company’s reputation for performance, reliability, and mission-focused execution.
